Salary not posting back to Core HR - Simple Components involved

Summary:

When we transfer back to core HR, our salary component is not posting, but the lump sum and bonus components are posting to element entries. Our salary basis has simple components, but only two - a base salary component (includes grade progression and does not apply to all employees) and overall salary component.

The error log on the Transfer to Core HR process, I keep getting an error saying the "Distribution condition not setup". But I have a condition that is calling on worksheet columns in the configuration. Are we missing something?
