Candidate Hired into Requisition but Status not changing to Filled

Summary:

When we Hire a candidate into a requisition, we have to manually go into the requisition to update the status and change it to filled. Is there a way to update the requisition status automatically once a person is actually hired into it so that we are not manually going back into the req to change it? It seems like this should be an automatic action.
