Summary

I cannot figure out how to replicate the widget size from one Talent Centre into the other

We have 2 talent centres that I would like to be consistent.  We created the first one quite some time ago and I cannot recall how to size a widget on the Home Page so that it is narrow and sits beside the Onboarding Task Widget.  See the attached image of what I am trying to acomplish (green).
