How to fix the order of the attributes into a section? (Skills and Qualifications)

Is there a way to make the order of the attributes fixed whenever a person zooms in on a section of Skills and Qualifications? Our client would like to have a fixed view of the attributes. As you can see from the pictures, whenever a person zooms in or out, the order of the attributes changes, and that's something our client would not like to see.
