Is there a standard report for Balance Adjustments?

Summary:

Specifically, we are looking for a way to report on failed Balance Adjustments. At year end, we frequently mass load Balance Adjustments. And always a few fail for terminated folks. Then we rehire them in the next year and their calculation won't work. We'd like to proactively find the ones that are sitting out there
