How to delete the joboffer via HDL or Rest Api?

Summary:

According to the official guidance(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/23b/fahbo/examples-of-loading-job-offers.html#u30239317),

I successfully imported the JobOffer.dat file via HDL and generated the offer in draft state, but when imported the Worker.dat file it's failed due to data valid problems. Now I want to delete this invalid offer,who can tell me the effective method to delete the joboffer?

supplementary instruction: I found on the system that joboffer does not support rollback operations(as follow screenshot)
