DKIM Configuration in Oracle Field Service
Oracle Field service should configure DKIM
We are using OFS mails to manage the notifications with our technicians, dispatchers and customers. Currently, It seems that OFS doesn't have the configuration for DKIM, so, the mails can go to SPAM folders in the mail boxes of techs, customers, ...
All messages should be authorized and authenticated (DMARCK/DKIM) to follow the best practices of mail security.
Are there any possibilities to configure KIM in OFS?
