Goal Management: Including the Weight in the Calculation of Multiple Measurements
Content (required):
The achieved weight is not included in the calculation of multiple measurements after enable it using HCM design studio. For example, for Goal #1, the first measurement has a target value of 100, a measurement weight of 75, and an actual value of 90. The second measurement has a target value of 100, a measurement weight of 25, and an actual value of 50. The total value should be as the following equation:
(Total Value) = (Actual Value (#1) * Measurement Weight (#1) / Target Value (#1)) + (Actual Value (#2) * Measurement Weight (#2) / Target Value (#2))
(Total Value) = (Total Value) = (90 * 75 / 100) + (50 * 25 / 100)
(Total Value) = 80
