Hi Experts ,

Our client wants to setup a validation rule on the local and global transfer process . During global transfer process, once HR defines the new legal employer for global transfer in When and Why section, there needs to be a validation rule set up in the Assignment to change the business unit to legal employer changed in the When and Why section .

If the HR does not changes the business unit, there needs to be an error thrown by the system

Please help with the rule creation .
