Autocomplete rule to validate Contact relationship based on Marital Status.

Summary:

we want to validate the Contact relationship with Marital status . Eg- If marital status is single then system should throw an error when user is selecting contact relationship as Spouse.

Here we have to connect 2 objects i.e. Person Contact Relationship and Person Legislative Information (For marital status).

Please help us to find a relation between these two in a rule and where should I write the rule whether in Person Contact Relationship or Person Legislative Information.
