How to schedule the Global function for a specific object

We have a global function to update few records from address section to header level , so we want schedule it on non-business hours , how do we schedule it for the specific object only

As I need to select the Global Function but here object name is mandatory , when I run the schedule job it is failing as not found that function in the mentioned object.
