We have a requirement to do Address Verification from Oracle Customer Data Management(CDM) Cloud. We also have a requirement to do de-duplication, matching and scoring. For Deduplication, we will be using EDQ. However, for Address Verification, we have a few questions while choosing between EDQ & Address Verification Cloud Service. 


1. What is the difference between EDQ AV & Address Verification Cloud Service? In an article (Doc ID 2325463.1), its mentioned EDQ AV is for On Prem applications. Can you please confirm that?


2. Does EDQ AV require any special licenses?
