User wants to use BI Publisher

Summary:

Hi,

There are 2 users in Oracle Application Cloud- kalam and rtokar.

kalam can access and see data in OBIEE my folder where as rtokar can't do the same.

The user roles and data access roles are attached.

Can anyone please help how we can give rtokar the access to My Folder of OBIEE?
