Impact of disabling Seondary Ledger

We have few Primary Ledgers configured with a Secondary Ledger which has same Accounting structure(same COA, Currency, Calendar & Accounting Method).

As both Primary and secondary ledger have same structure, we want to disable the Secondary ledger.

Could you suggest what should we consider before disabling secondary ledger to avoid any issue later?
