Sales Objects Layout Creation Restriction

Summary:

We would like to know whether any restrictions available for Layout creation based upon count of layouts ?

Content (required):

at present we have implemented Oracle Sales for one division and planned to enhance it for another division using the same instances. Would like to know whether any limitations on Layouts for all objects( like Accounts, contacts, Lead, Opportunities etc)
