Ineligible worker are still appearing as forced eligible

Hello Everyone,

I have the following issue:

My worker document was previously forced to make the worker eligible to the document.

I now want to make him ineligible again but I am unable to do so - I am only shown the following option:

The worker is ineligible when verifying:

Grateful if someone could extend their help or if anyone run into this same issue.
