How access specific task by notification?

How access specific task by notification?

Hello,

our users with assigned Employee role when clicking on the link to access task via notification, system takes them to the list of all tasks assigned to them in "My task" area while when HR users click the link to access task via notification are able to access to the specific task.

For Employees after the click on text notification the system changes the URL and brings the user to My tasks area where can see all the tasks assigned to them not the specific one related to the notification.
