Summary:

After the requisition is imported, it directly moves to Approved state, even if Approvals are enabled in the system, and the overriding approver field is not visible in the UI.


Content (required):

  • In the import template, we put the Status Code as Approved and provide a valid email id in the Approver field in the import template.
  • We use the 'Load Interface File for Import' job to load into Interface tables successfully
  • We use the 'Import Requisitions' Job with the option 'Initiate Approval After Requisition Import = Yes' as we need the requisition to go through approvals in the system
