Create offer letter in Two language

There is a requirement to have one offer letter sent to candidates (in the candidate's preferred language) and another letter for internal copy in English only.

The use case is, I have a candidate in Brazil, but a Hiring Manager approving the offer letter in US. We would need the candidate offer letter in Portuguese and internal copy in English. Is this something that is possible?
