Has anyone found a way to easily pull all rows of data for an employee in an OTBI report?

Has anyone found a way to easily pull all rows of data in an OTBI report?  For instance, pulling all assignment rows for an employee to see the history of what has happened over the course of time?  I can pull point-in-time data, but having trouble pulling all rows.  Any help would be much appreciated!
