Journey Native Electronic Signature: Sporadic Name Error

Summary: The Pending Worker Journey asks candidates to use the Native Electronic Signature to sign 3-4 documents. 1 out of every 10 candidates experiences the following error on an eSign task.

Error: You Need To Enter the Name That Matches the Name We Have in Our Record (PER-1532291)


Users are able to successfully eSign 1-3 tasks in the Journey using their Display Name, then they receive the error message on another eSign task (using the same name that was successful on prior eSign tasks).

Already Tried Doc 2857809.1: There is not an extra space from the global name format (Setup & Maintenance > Manage Person Name Formats > Format Type = Full name > Scope = Global)
