Recruit to Hire Dashboard Prompts

Summary:

Could someone provide clarification on exactly what point in time the prompts are looking at for the recruit to hire dashboard (and I guess, prompts, in general)? When I pull the raw data for applications submitted in a month, for example, I'm getting a higher number than when I filter for that month in the RTH dashboard. So, I'm wondering if it is looking at like the last day of the month, possibly? Or, is there some criteria being filtered out? I have reviewed Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: OTBI: Recruit to Hire Dashboard (Doc ID 2634803.2), but it doesn't seem to clarify exactly what I am looking at.
