Inactivated Corporate Card Program Still Listed in LOV

Summary:

Content (required): We end dated a corporate card program that is no longer in use. ESS Job "Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transaction File" has the inactivated card program still listed in the LOV of parameter Corporate Card Program.

I have raised an SR for this but the results were inconclusive; no root cause was discerned aside from a possible theory that there might be active processes still tied to the inactivated program thus allowing it to remain as an active listing in this particular LOV.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Any idea of what might be keeping this program listed as an active object?
