How can I get the seeded Receivables Bill Presentment Templates? They were overwritten with customized versions in our environment so I cannot get them from Reports and Analytics.

Need the 8 original, un-customized, seeded Oracle Receivables Bill Presentment templates e.g. invoice template, credit memo template, etc. I haven't been able to locate a link or a place where I can download them.
