Significance of Job Title and Phone Number
in Help Desk
Summary:
Upon creation of HR Help Desk request in Redwood template, there are couple fields like Job Title and Phone number under contacts and Team members section. Currently, the phone number for the person is pulled only when the phone number type of person is Work desk phone. Also, i am unsure about the Job Title.
Could you please confirm me, Is there a way to pull any primary phone number in Contacts or Team member section. Also, which field is mapped to Job Title of the person, I dont believe it is Job?
Any lead will be really appreciated.
