Approval flow - Request more info does not send notification or task back to submitter.

  1. Summary: For the Manage personal contributions approval flow, when one of the approvers requests more information from the submitter, the transaction is not sent back to the submitter nor does the submitter get any notification/alert on bell or email. it is observed that the bell notification (action) is sent to the 1 prior approver and he can provide the requested info, but no notification email is delivered.
  2. Approval flow for Manage personal contibutions is 1st level manager followed by Compensation representative. We do not want manager's to edit the transaction but only approve, reject, reassign or request more information. Access for the ICP plan has been setup only for Manage personal contibutions and Administer individual compensation
