We are implementing collections for our client. When delinquencies are marked for transactions, they show up in collections dashboard. However, we do not see any score calculated against the customer. How process determines the transaction to be delinquent ? and 2nd question is, which scoring model displays the score against the delinquent customers in the dashboard?
