Is there any way to handle the following situation besides shutting down Excel?

Content (required):

When a user opens a spreadsheet on a PC, it freezes just before the first login screen appears.

It seems to occur when entering AP invoices and also when entering GL journal entries.

If it freezes, the only way to deal with it is to exit Excel from the Task Manager, which will have a significant impact on business operations.

Are there any other measures that can be taken in this issue?
