Scheduling or Sharing a Dashboard

I have a dashboard with many tabs, would LOVE to schedule so I don't have to teach navigation, however, the "Entire Dashboard" is not available when creating my Agent.  It is forcing me to select a page.  The options are Analysis, Dashboard Page or Briefing Book.  How can I get around this to schedule the entire dashboard?  Maybe it is the release we are in?  We are currently working with R11, any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Also, when I copied over to a shared folder, only the tabs of the Dashboard is visible when others access it.  None of the charts appear as if they don't have access.  What am I missing.  I even tried to Publish the dashboard thinking that was the issue, still no data, just tabs.  Please help, I have spent hours and hours on this dashboard and ready to push out, but it is not working.
