External Carreer Site - How to hide Delete Profile option

I am reaching out of you because we would like to hide the "Delete My Profile button" in the Info and Alert page on the external carreer site when switching on American English language.

We have find a document ( Doc ID 2696912.1 ) in which are explained the steps to follow in order to add the CSS.

Unfortunately, it seems that on Italian page the button is not visible, on American English yes. It seems also like there are two different pages one for italian and one for english language when modidying the CSS.

Can you kindly support us?
