Where is the Employee Campaign Opt In field located?

Summary:

In Recruiting we are seeing that the Employee's have "Agree to Receive" Campaign's selected but cannot determine where that field is and how this is fully used. Was this automatically populated when HCM Communicated was enabled?

We are trying to determine how this "Agree to Receive" for Employee's is set within the system. We have a go live of 6/25 and we did not send this value as part of the Data Conversion for the Employee Load.
