Event Alert - is not sending email to work emails of employees

Hello,

I have customized an event alert for a journey and I have used the token ${AlertUtils.person(personId).WorkEmail} to send out email to the performer's work email.

The worklist notification is working well but not the work email.

Please be so kind as to assist with where we are going wrong?
