Summary:

Have tried to use the AllocateChecklist.dat template shared by @Dineshkumar Ramarao but the file is failing to load and I am getting the below error message in relation to the ChecklistID(SourceSystemId)

The record referenced by the foreign key attribute {ATTR} wasn't found. Either specify a valid foreign key or create the referenced record first.

I have attempted to load with the checklist id reported from OTBI as well as a self generated Identifier as per the example given by DineshKumar Ramarao but neither seem to work
