How to write an autocomplete rule to not make the date of birth and gender fields on contact page
Summary:
For our benefits implementation, we made the date of birth and gender required on the contact page. The client would like to have an autocomplete rule on the contact page, where for certain relationships, the rule would force employees to enter a date of birth and select a gender, and other benefit ineligible relationship types, the date of birth and gender would not be required.

The goal would be to have an auto-complete rule that based on the relationship type, make the date of birth and gender required. Below is a screenshot of the fields that were made required for Benefits.
