Not able to view the BI publisher report under supply planning work area

Summary:

We created BI report for Supply planning and loaded and created a new folder Supply Chain Planning under /Shared Folders/Custom/ and saved the report there. But I am not able to find the report under the below path.

We are not able to open the custom report from the supply planning work area (for example, by Open Table, Graph, or Tile Set, then search by Type = Report).
