HR Help Desk Agent -> Already A resource but getting an error
We have created several help desk agents for testing, assigned them the corresponding Next Gen Help Desk roles, have assigned them as a resource and incorporated them into a resource team. We have assigned the team to several queues. We are still getting the 'Ensure the logged-in agent is defined as a resource. If this issue persists, try clearing the browser cache.' error.
Any ideas on how to resolve? I have ran every process I sound think of. Send and Retrieve LDAP, Import User data, Synch Person Records.
This also appears to be random. Some agents are working correctly with this setup and others are not.
