How to remove Period Close privilege completely from GL Manager/Accountant roles?

Summary:

I followed Doc ID 2323035.1 and was able to remove the Period Close Infotile using custom role however there are 3 other ways to go to open/close.

1. 'Manage Accounting Periods' from GL Dashboard on task pane.

2. Period Close section down below in the GL Dashboard.

3. Running the ESS Job 'Close General Ledger Periods'

How do we get rid of it completely?

Even a GL Accountant who is supposed to have view only/read only access can close and open periods when navigating from GL Dashboard
