Reverse Batch button is grey out

Summary:

Hi ,

We have some period end Accrual Journals for receipt accounting are created manually for the month of Sep and we want to reverse them Manually.

Currently Sep is open but the reverse button is greyed out.

Can someone suggest why is it so?
