TinyMCE WYSIWYG Pasting/Retaining Word Formatting

We've received some feedback from our recruiting team about spending time re-formatting text from MS Word to Taleo Recruiting when posting an Ad into the Careers Portal.

Is there something that TinyMCE can already do in Taleo which can retains formatting from MS Word that I'm not aware of?

Noticed we use TinyMCE 6.2.0 as the WYSIWYG editor. Came across TinyMCE's site and they have a 'PowerPaste' option which easily retains formatting from MS Word in TinyMCE.

I'm assuming everyone else having the same issue when Copy/Pasting into TinyMCE WYSIWYG?
