muti Inventory organization at different PO line

Content (required):

our customer have one BU tied to 30 inventory organizations.

They want a user from one of inventory organizations to manage several PO lines which assigned different inventory organizations ,and those PO lines are from the same PO.

However, system seems can't matching the request through I tested the sdandard enviroment . the testing steps which can see below :

1. the user account=calvin.roth , which deliver-to-location=Seattle( IO=001) from requisition preference setting.

2. create a PO ,the below image is header information

3. add 3 lines

line1 : location=seattle tied to IO=001

line2: location=Dallas Supremo Energy Inventory tied to IO=null
