Anonymisation candidates

Summary:

Content (required):

Hi

We are experiencing a problem with the use of the standard procedure provided by ORACLE to anonymise inactive candidates within ORC.

In particular, we have noticed that the procedure works correctly by anonymising with "XXXX" and "YYYY" instead of the candidate's first and last name.

However, we have noticed that this procedure fails for candidates who independently delete their application via the "Career Site".

In this case, the candidates in question are not visible and searchable in the system, but are only visible by extracting them from the DB.

Would it be possible to anonymise these candidates in terms of name and surname so that when they are extracted from the DB they are correctly anonymised?

Howdy, Stranger!
