I have not been able to find any documentation on how or why you would use the Validate Country Budget when configuring a WFC plan on the Configurate Global Settings task under General

It would be helpful to know how this setting is used to ensure that the plan configuration is set-up correctly. Attached is a screenshot of the field on the Configure Global Settings Task.
