Payable Invoice Workbench is unresponsive for various users on multiple browsers (Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge).

Multiple users are unable to access the Payables Invoice workbench. Upon clicking the icon, they are met with "This page isn't responding". Users have tried to clear cache. Is there anything else that can be causing this?
