Hello Team

We have the following requirements both for the sales order creation via EDI and Manual.

Order Item has primary UOM as ‘CASE’ and secondary UOM as ‘EACH’ and one case contains 12 units (of Each) i.e., 1 Case = 12 (UOM Conversion)

Requirement: The sales order item quantity should always be multiple of case quantities i.e., 12 units

Scenario#1:

1.      When customer A places an order for 2 ‘CASE’. No Issues as the order can be fulfilled in 2 CASE UOM.

Scenario#2:

2.      When customer B places an order for 24 EACH. No Issues as the order can be fulfilled in 24 EACH UOM.
