how to change the default Drop down list in the Account / Activities Subtab?

Summary: Customer wants to change the default drop down list to 'All Activities' ( currently it's Open Activities). Could you please advise how this can be done?

it seems that this Activities subtab is not extensible in Account page. Is there a way to change the default value of a drop down list?
