You cannot have multiple records of this address type Home on the same day. (HRX-1560146)

To resolve the above issue, oracle provides following workaround -

If For US duplicate home address is present only for that person number, it can be corrected from UI. i.e one of the address can be removed from UI.

Please perform this action in HR License. Once correction done, license can be changed to payroll.

Navigator - Setup and Maintenance - Manage Features by Country or Territory

#1 Change the Selected Extensions to HR License and Save and close.

#2 Remove the duplicate address from employee

#3 Change the License back to original


If we change this setting even for a couple of minutes does it impact anything in the payroll?
