Is there a lag period before OTBI displays new invoices/data?

Hi everyone,

I am running the Payable Withholding Tax report from Reports and Analytics.

Navigation: Shared Folders/Financials/Payables/Income Tax and Withholding --> Payable Withholding Tax Report

We created 3 invoices where withholding tax was applied to multiple lines, validated, approved and paid the invoices.

When running the report just after paying the invoices, only one of the invoices was displayed. Upon running the report again with same parameters this morning (about 20 hours later), the report displayed all the expected results.

Is there a lag period in OTBI that displays data after x number of hours rather than immediately? From my understanding, OTBI should yield real-time data.
