Update budget date at enter requestion line as default from Requested Delivery Date

Summary:

Currently budget date present sysdate by default and user need to change it manually in case of a different period date (based on Requested Delivery Date) .

We are looking for any solution type includes changes in form or extension using Groovy (if possible) .
