Push Files to UCM using ICS

I am trying to push files to UCM through ICS.

I am using idcws/GenericSoapPort service to push the files. File size may exceed .5 GB

Is idcws /GenericSoapPort capable of pushing files less than 1 GB?

I saw idcws /GenericSoapPort does has MTOM support to push larger file.

I dont see any configurations related to MTOM in ICS SOAP Connection.
