Why don't I see the gigs as a seeker in opportunity marketplace?

I created a gig in opportunity markeplace but as a seeker user I cannot see it between the search results in the OM Explore page. Is there any batch that has to be scheduled to get the gigs visible or any other reason why I cannot see it?
